We're seeking for Online Content Specialist who will be in charge of pro community management and advocacy and is responsible for B2B's social media, relationship with pro influencers. Join our Professional Products Team!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage the B2B2C Social media strategy:
- Responsible for social media & digital upskilling of the Pros and internal field teams
- Develop social media strategy and community management for Pro-Influencers through social engagement
- Manage ROI and effectiveness of Pro-Advocacy / social media investment and activities
- Build & Maintain a Pro-Influencer Loyalty program
- Ensure brand success in the activation of Pro Influencer contents, in close collaboration with brand teams
Activate the Pro-Influencers & Brand Pro Communities:
- Own the relationship with Pro Influencers
- Responsible for Pro advocacy events and the amplification of the B2B events
- Activate Brand Pro Communities to maximize reach
- Organize Pro-seeding processes
- Develop Pro Advocacy Social Media campaigns, along with the A&I Lead
Lead Online Education & Content Management:
- Lead the online education ecosystem building a consistent content strategy and communication by design approach supporting monetization , education product awareness.
- Manage the local ACCESS account, define and coordinate the best Access Ux to boost activation, frequency and completion.
- Deploy online education content strategy creating effective education formats feeded innovation and trends.
- Deploy Access Crm strategy to maximize activation, conversion and collect behavioral B2B data .
Manage local Lorealpro Instagram account in collaboration with education teams.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- 4 years’ university degree
- Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
- Proactive and committed to delivering results in a fast paced, demanding work environment
- Good communication and presentation ability
- Excellent communication skills in English
