Job Description:
Dabbagh Tourism is recruiting a Ticketing and Reservation Control Specialist for its Zeytinburnu, Istanbul office. The candidate will be responsible for handling flight ticket, hotel, restaurant, and clinic sales and reservations, managing ticket control processes, and responding promptly and accurately to client requests.
Requirements:
Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, Travel Management, or related tourism programs,
Preferably knowledgeable in ticketing and reservation systems,
Proficiency in English,
For male candidates: military service must be completed,
Possession of a valid Class B driving license,
Legal eligibility to work in Turkey (for foreign nationals),
Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and with strong communication skills.
