Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical assistance to employees, resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Move and set up IT equipment as needed.
- Network & System Support
- Help monitor and maintain network performance and connectivity.
- Assist with user account management, including setting permissions and passwords per company policies.
- Handle basic cabling and connection setups.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Provide reports on completed tasks and identified technical issues.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, or related program.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and ability to create/edit visuals as needed.
