International Sales Specialist (Romanian)
Metropolmed is a leading healthcare institution with international success in the field of health tourism. We are looking for a dynamic and communicative International Sales Specialist who speaks Romanian to join our expanding team.
Job Description:
- Communicate effectively with prospective patients who speak Romanian
- Analyze patients' needs and offer the most suitable treatment options
- Manage the sales process from start to finish and ensure patient follow-up
- Enter data regularly into the CRM system
- Organize patient operations such as flights, accommodation, and transfers
- Achieve sales targets and prepare performance reports
Qualifications:
- Native-level proficiency in Romanian (mandatory)
- Preferably fluent in English or another foreign language
- Experience in health tourism or sales is an advantage
- Strong persuasion and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and office software
