International Sales Specialist (Dental)

As our international presence grows, we’re seeking talented and ambitious sales specialists to connect with patients across the globe and support them on their journey to world-class dental treatment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and apply strategies to attract international patients seeking dental care
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging apps, offering personalized treatment guidance
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records in our CRM platform
- Support patients throughout the sales cycle, from first contact to treatment coordination
- Collaborate with our dental team to align patient expectations with treatment plans
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Previous experience in international sales — ideally in health, dental, or medical tourism sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with strong persuasion skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-oriented setting
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Russian
- Additional language skills (e.g., English, Arabic) are a strong plus
- Motivated, goal-driven individual with a proactive approach and team spirit
