Your Role
Brenntag Turkey is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team!
Here are the requirements for our role:
- Open and follow orders in SAP, prepare necessary documents for any sales operations when required by the parties in his/her team.
- Work in coordination with other departments, especially logistics , procurement and accounting department.
- Track and coordinate customer request for technical documentation and regulatory inquiries with relevant departments and suppliers and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Take an active role to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
- Take an active role in solution process of customer complaints.
- Answer customer inquiries if needed, and sales related appointments and arrangements, and following up with customers about their order status.
- Create and process orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system in SAP.
- Report any unusual activity to his/her supervisor in regards of GPDR & KVKK; and all relevant policies and procedures.
Relevant Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related fields of operations, and related areas.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support and / or marketing support operations.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in MS Office programs.
Strong knowledge of SAP is an asset.
Completed military service (for male candidates).
