We're looking for a FairPlay Specialist who is passionate about data, insights, and creating impact through analytics. • Analyze behavioral and business data to ensure transparency, integrity, and fair usage within our partner network.
• Develop reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Create and maintain SQL queries to extract and validate data from large relational databases.
• Design and automate workflows using Python to improve data monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Partner Management, Sales, and Product to define business rules and optimize operational efficiency.
• Utilize tools like Power BI to visualize trends and uncover patterns in partner activity.
• Support the development of our internal fraud detection and prevention strategies.
• Assist in ETL processes and data integration between systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
• Communicate key findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (preferably Computer Engineering, Software Engineering).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related areas.
• Proficiency in SQL (preferably MSSQL) and a solid understanding of relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Preferably experienced in Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts and ETL pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; a proactive problem-solver.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical teams in a clear and compelling way.
• Strong written English skills for reporting and documentation, and comfortable spoken English for daily communication in an international team.
