The role eServices/Training Specialist is responsible for creation and maintenance of content within Zendesk Guide and work with new hires trough training sessions and knowledge tests/quizzes.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
- Conducts the full scope of activities required to deliver new Member Service Representatives and on-going training for Member Services;
- Assess participants’ abilities to apply material and take remedial action when necessary;
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding employees’ level of subject/skill mastery and work with other team members;
- Continually improve a comprehensive training and education system for driving growth at every level within Member Service;
- Ensure timely and effective new hire training to support business requirement;
- Research client-related topics based on Article search on Guide;
- Write clear instructions for general public;
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems;
- Submit work to Supervisor for input and approval – Coordinate with CD and Custom Comm Teams to create and update articles;
- Promote E-services apps to Personify Health team;
- Write instructions on How to use apps.

Qualifications:

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Ability to meet deadlines
