Job Description
We are currently seeking a Client Solutions Specialist who will be a part of the Türkiye Consumer & Marketing Insights Team. Client Solutions Specialist is a role, combining aspects of data evaluation capabilities with ad-hoc market research and account management responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will have the following key accountabilities:
- You enjoy evaluating data and trends
- You take the responsibilities of ad-hoc quantitative research management; mainly questionnaire and report preparation addressing the client’s business issues
- Presenting reports to clients
- You are responsible for ensuring all products and services are delivered on time, on budget, and in accordance with quality standards
REQUIREMENTS:
Now that we've introduced you to the position of Client Solutions Specialist what skills, qualifications and experience should you have?
- You have a master’s and/or bachelor’s degree in a related fields like statistics, business administration, economic, sociology, psychology, engineering etc.
- You have 1-3 years of work experience preferably in quantitative adhoc market research or in a relevant area like marketing, sales, communications, etc.;
- You are eager to improve yourself in research project management, reporting and presentation;
- You are client-oriented and willing to go the extra mile;
- You have a natural ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Fluent in English language
