What's exciting about the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Solutions Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology solutions across multiple projects and clients. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle ensuring that solutions meet business objectives, are delivered on time and within budget, and align with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of technology solutions for internal or external clients.
- Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
- Track and report project metrics and KPIs to executive leadership.
- Promote best practices in project management, solution delivery, and client engagement.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and delivery planning.
Skills and Experience you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in solution delivery, project management, or technical consulting roles.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder IT projects.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise architecture principles.
Highly Preferred:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Background in specific industry domains (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
