Your Challenge

    • Responsibility of end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment,
    • Work closely with hiring managers to determine demand and requirement ,
    • Source and recruit candidates using various sources,
    • Execute the pre-screening and screening activities,
    • Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case studies, reference checks etc,
    • Update all recruitment process on the Applicant Tracking System.

Qualifications

    • Bachelors or Master’s Degree,
    • Recruitment experience especially business or strategy or technology related positions,
    • Take ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attention ,
    • Able to create various candidate resource, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
    • Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills,
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
    • Have strong analytical skills to measure candidates and follow the recruitment funnel accurately.
