As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Midas, you will take ownership of end-to-end hiring processes and play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple teams. You will work closely with Talent Business Partners and hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Ship
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with Talent Business Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and shape sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using a range of sourcing tools and techniques
- Ensure a structured and high-quality candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages
- Track and report key hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment operations
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in an end-to-end recruitment role ideally in a fast paced, start-up environment
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to guide the stakeholders through this environment
- Proactive, initiator, and able to prioritize without close supervision
- Ability to operate collaboratively in a matrix environment
