Your Challenge
- Responsibility of end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment,
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine demand and requirement ,
- Source and recruit candidates using various sources,
- Execute the pre-screening and screening activities,
- Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case studies, reference checks etc,
- Update all recruitment process on the Applicant Tracking System.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree,
- Recruitment experience especially business or strategy or technology related positions,
- Take ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attention ,
- Able to create various candidate resource, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
- Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Have strong analytical skills to measure candidates and follow the recruitment funnel accurately.
