Applications for Atolye15 Next Talent 2 Are Now Open!
Next Talent 2 is here, and it’s your chance to join a remote two-month journey where you’ll work on a real project, work side-by-side with Atolye15’s experienced developers, and gain practical experience that will set you apart in the tech world.
Here’s what you can expect from the program:
End-to-End Product Development
You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how we build products at Atolye15 and gain firsthand experience in our development process.
Work With Our Senior Developers
Throughout the program, you’ll be working directly with our development team—learning from them, building with them, and sharpening your skills along the way.
Here’s what the application process looks like:
Application Stage (Deadline: August 1)
Once you hit the apply button, you’ll answer a few questions about your technical background and career goals. This step helps us get to know you better and see if we’re the right match for each other. Think of it as our first conversation.
Interview Process (July 23 – August 15)
If things look good, you’ll move on to a casual online intro chat with our HR team. We’ll talk about your interests, goals, and experience in software development. This step helps us understand how well you’ll fit in with the team and what you’re hoping to achieve.
Online Gathering (August 23, Saturday)
If you’ve made it this far, you’ll be invited to an online meetup session with the Atolye15 team. We’ll tell you more about who we are, how we work, and how we approach tech. Towards the end of the session, you’ll complete a short task to show us your skills before we move on to the project phase.
Two-Month Project Phase (September 1 – October 24)
This is where the real journey begins. The three people who successfully complete the previous steps will join us for a two-month remote project sprint. You’ll work closely with our team using the Scrum methodology to build a complete product from start to finish.
