Responsibilities:
The Customer Services Specialist will be responsible for:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Communicating and coordinating with internal departments as needed
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Managing the customer order process
Entering customer information into the system
Preparing customer quotations
Tracking customer orders
Actively participating in process improvements related to the job
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
Good level of English written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM/ERP software
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
