Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related departments of universities.
- At least 3 years of experiences in Customer Service functions.
- Good command of English in both written and verbal communication.
- Good knowledge of ERP Software, SAP knowledge is a plus.
Job Description
- Responsible for customers’ daily operations “order to deliver process”; follow up all related process steps, complete required system transactions and ensure order is delivered on time in full.
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of sales orders in SAP.
- Responsible for handling returns & complaints and maintaining contact with major stakeholders such as Sales Managers, Logistics, Finance Department.
- Responsible for following up blocked orders and having close interaction with sales and finance teams to release the orders.
- Review the “current account” of customers when it is needed.
