Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
- Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities to expand our client base
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to corporate clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Analyze sales performance data and generate reports for management
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system
- Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and generate leads
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Results-oriented mindset with a vision for long-term success
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside regular business hours when needed
- Valid Class B driver's license and ability to travel as required
- Knowledge of sales metrics and KPIs
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated on industry developments
