THE ROLE:

At Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, where timeless elegance meets modern hospitality, we are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Executive Lounge Supervisor to join our Food & Drink team. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our executive and VIP guests within the Executive Lounge, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and loyalty.

You will supervise the daily lounge operations, lead the service team, and ensure that all standards are upheld to reflect Hilton’s legendary hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily operations of the Executive Lounge in line with Food & Drink service standards.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality food and beverage service for executive-level guests.
• Oversee lounge presentation, cleanliness, setup, and replenishment of all products and amenities.
• Greet and assist VIP guests, respond to enquiries, and handle any service issues professionally.
• Lead and develop the Executive Lounge team to deliver seamless and personalized experiences.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requirements effectively to other departments.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory and support cost control through efficient ordering and waste management.
• Collaborate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Assist the Executive Lounge Manager with reports, training, scheduling, and performance management.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Previous experience in a supervisory F&B role, ideally within an executive lounge or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong understanding of F&B service techniques and guest engagement.
• Excellent grooming and communication skills.
• Calm, efficient, and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Highly organized with a commitment to upholding Hilton standards.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Team player with a passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
