WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
For our plant in Konya we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager reporting to the Plant Manager, and will have the following responsibilities:
The C.I. Manager is responsible for the definition and implementation of Lean methodology and shopfloor management within the facilities of the plant. The purpose of this position is to improve efficiency and reduce costs in manufacturing in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates, supervises and supports the Continuous Improvement Assistant, managing priorities, removing bottlenecks and addressing critical issues.
- Monitors the performance of improvement initiatives and proposes tools and solutions to enhance results.
- Defines continuous improvement projects in compliance with the needs and opportunities identified by the Plant Manager.
- Assigns and monitors project execution in collaboration with CI team members.
- Introduces Lean methodology and shopfloor management within the plant.
- Reviews existing processes, flows and equipment in order to eliminate non-value added activities.
- Shares best practices within the site and contributes to cross-plant knowledge transfer.
- Proposes and supports improvement projects across departments.
- Monitors the outcomes of continuous improvement projects and takes corrective actions if needed.
- Coordinates with the Project Management or Engineering team to define flows/layouts for both existing and new areas.
- Collaborates on drafting investment budgets for improvement projects and supports technical validation as needed.
- Supports Quality to foster a mindset of continuous improvement at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, SMED, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent data and process analysis skills (e.g., SPC, Minitab, advanced Excel).
- Solid experience in project management.
- Familiarity with process mapping and improvement software tools.
- Good to be, Lean Six Sigma certified (Green Belt mandatory, Black Belt is an advantage)

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree preferably in engineering or technical fields (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, logistics).
- 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3 years of experience in continuous improvement roles (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen).
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis/process visualization tools.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
