A Hybrid working model

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of Next Generation Products (NGP) campaigns including but not limited to the following:
- Flagging and discussing errors in the brief with the NGP contract, potential issues in terms of creative, branding and language consistency and potential logistical issues.
- Responsible for all campaign actions on eGraphics (NGP’s job management system) and eGraphics Library
- Jobline and resource planning
- Reporting any problems and escalating any deviations or issues with the brief
- Day to day contact for NGP stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments. Yielding queries about job status and process. Liasing with Hogarth translation department, UK studio/hub studios and QC
- Point of contact for requests falling outside of print projects. Including advance project planning (costs, timings), process development, NGP and new starters
- Responsible for financials on all jobs. Generating and managing estimates and project reconciliation and invoicing
- Responsible for the management of the hubs and overall delivery of quality, consistency and timeline
Key Responsibilities: Project Manager
- Day to day contact for Hogarth internal departments, responding to studio-specific information requests, artwork set up queries, detailed/specific timing information and style and consistency queries
- Ensuring delivery of campaigns are on schedule through identifying skills required for tasks, working with studio managers to allocate studio resource and managing and monitoring timelines and deadlines
- Set realistic client expectations based on progress of work through the studio
- Proactively follow-up with Hogarth deparments and interrogate delays
- Highlight and escalate quality control issues
- Input areas for improvement of workflow and processes
- Overall coorindation of the hubs
Requirements:
- Strong client management skills are essential
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment
- An established Account Manager with a proven track record of managing multi-faceted campaigns within the budget and timeline
- Ideally will have packaging experience
- Understands the workings of a print based studio. Taking the brief from the client through to supplying files to printers
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
