About the Role
As a Brand Professional, you will be responsible for building and executing end-to-end brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and preference for Trendyol. You will be developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns across channels (TV, digital, social media, influencers, CRM, OOH).
Responsibilities
- Planning & executing 360 degree communication align with brand marketing strategy (ATL & BTL).
- Managing daily operations of content planning, tracking and reporting
- Organizing contract and payment processes together with relevant parties
- Managing third party accounts, creative agencies, timelines and deliverables; finding new ways to constantly raise the bar
- Proficient in TV, print, radio, OOH and cinema planning
- Monitors and analyzes trends, industries and markets
- Being responsible for all visual materials on Trendyol app & website & consistently working on improvement of all visuals
- .Meeting all internal and external visual & content needs of different teams such as product, marketplace
- Tracking on new campaigns of competitors, market conditions and preparing competitive analysis both locally globally to shape plans and processes
- Contributing and executing annual marketing calendar and brand strategy for defined markets and categories
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics and other related departments
- At least 6 years of brand management experience in either E-commerce, FMCG, retail, banking /finance or fashion sector, preferably in an international setting
- Previous experience in project management
- Data-driven and result-oriented
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skillsHaving strong communication skills and seeking pursuit of creativity
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
- Ability to deliver fast, business-focused output of excellent quality
- A great initiative taker, ability to initiate projects through ideas that have high business contribution
- Analytical thinker, high achiever, strategic thinker, high sense of responsibility, proactive and a practical thinker
- Ability to conflict management, negotiation and persuasion.
