Responsibilities
- Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on strategy design and business operations
- Assist in managing the product roadmap, monitoring tasks, and escalating issues as needed
- Help with product operations, including BRD preparations, tests, and Q&A
- Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives
- Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture
- Contribute to business performance reviews by creating and maintaining data dashboards to monitor and report operating metrics
- Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues
- Strong ethical standards and integrity, with dedication and passion for the organization
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions, often under minimal supervision
- Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude
- Past internship experiences in Consulting, Web3, Finance, or Technology firms and project contribution/involvement would be a plus
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel is a must, other Data Analytics tools is a plus
- Fluency in English and Turkish
