Responsible for developing and implementing OEM supplier empowerment training programs to enhance overall supplier capabilities and performance;
Organize and conduct training on the use of new supplier systems to ensure suppliers are familiar with and correctly operate related platforms and tools;
Provide training on supplier data management and analysis to improve suppliers’ data handling and application skills;
Conduct training on supply chain management and business logic to strengthen suppliers’ understanding of processes and standards;
Organize onboarding training for new members to help them quickly become familiar with job responsibilities and workflows;
Coordinate resources across departments to promote continuous optimization and updating of training content;
Monitor training effectiveness, collect feedback, and develop improvement measures to ensure training quality and outcomes.
