- Monitor and analyze import logistics and customs operations, including trends, seasonal impacts, expenses, and anomalies.
- Design automated reports and dashboards (Q’lik and other BI tools) to ensure transparency, traceability, and accurate decision support.
- Build and improve performance measurement systems to evaluate suppliers, forwarders, and internal processes.
- Support the development of an advanced Import Logistics budgeting system through data analysis and scenario-based forecasting.
- Track global supply chain systems and translating developments into analytical insights and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct cost and performance analyses for multi-modal shipping operations, with a strong focus on Incoterms and customs regulations.
- Prepare and publish performance reports of suppliers and logistics partners, highlighting improvement areas and risks.
- Analyze alternative transportation solutions and cost models to identify the most effective logistics strategies.
- Provide analytical support for projects aimed at cost optimization, on-time delivery improvement, and supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow regarding shipments, customs operations, and material availability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Management Information Systems or related fields,
- Preferably knowledge of decision support system or similar systems,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, SAP knowledge is an asset.
- Min 3 years of experience in a similar role,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in BI/reporting tools (Q’lik or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of multimodal logistics operations, Incoterms, and import regulations.
- Experience in performance measurement, budgeting, and cost optimization analysis.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear reports.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
