What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, manage, and finalize end-to-end import operations
- Coordinate with customs brokers, suppliers, banks, and public institutions
- Follow up and manage the processes related to temporary importation
- Handle and track all documentation and processes related to tax-exempt (export registered) entries and shipments
- Optimize cost-efficiency of import transactions
- Check and archive all import-related documentation
- Manage DİİB and incentive-based purchases, including opening and closing processes
- Ensure effective communication with internal departments (Procurement, Production, Finance, Logistics, etc.)
- University degree in a relevant field (Logistic, foreign trade etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign trade
- Experience in a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import processes
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
- Fluency in English
