The newly opened sales position is created to effectively promote Hitachi Energy Automation products and solutions in the Turkish market, analyze customer needs, and evaluate sales opportunities. The role will actively manage both the existing customer portfolio and new customer acquisition processes.
How you’ll make an impact
Promote Hitachi Energy Automation products technically and commercially
Analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Manage offer preparation, contract processes, and post-sales support
Develop strategic plans and actions to achieve sales targets
Regularly input data into CRM system and generate reports
Participate in fairs, seminars, and customer visits
Coordinate with internal teams (offer, technical, logistics, etc.)
Your Background
Graduated from Electrical, Electronics Engineering departments.
Min.4 years of experience in technical sales. Sales experience in HV,MV,industrial communication systems or experienced in sales within the energy sector (IED, RTU, SCADA systems) is a big plus
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications & Familiar with MS Office and preferably SAP/CRM systems.
Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and team player.
No travel restrictions, able to drive actively.
Proficient in English.
