Job Purpose:
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team, who will play a critical role in managing sales planning & operations processes and contributing to the achievement of our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop monthly and annual sell-in plans aligned with Sanofi’s budget targets and evolving market dynamics.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of sell-in activities in line with the planning to optimize product availability in the market.
Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance; take proactive actions to ensure product availability and support sales objectives.
Manage order processes with pharmaceutical wholesalers, ensuring accurate order placement and consistency across internal systems.
Coordinate with supply planning teams to align stock availability with sales forecasts; communicate potential risks and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
Lead payment calculation and reconciliation processes for wholesalers ensuring financial precision and compliance.
Validate and control sales data received from wholesalers, ensuring accurate integration into systems and maintaining data integrity.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in pharmaceutical industry)
Fluent in English
Proficiency in SAP & MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
