Job Description
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of available space.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and assist in seating arrangements according to the reservation and seating plan.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff, kitchen, and management to coordinate efficient and smooth operations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and dining section
- During events or busy periods, hostesses may be required to assist in organizing and coordinating special functions.
- Promote special offers, menu items, or promotions to increase revenue.
- Stay informed about the restaurant's menu, specials, and events to provide accurate information to guests.
- Manage phone and online reservations, confirm bookings, and maintain an organized reservation system.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to customer service and hospitality.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position,Proficient in English,
