Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Human Resources Specialist" position for Sapanca Plant.
In this role you will;
- Manage all HR and legal processes related to factory-level recruitment, onboarding, training, communication, compensation, performance management, career planning, organizational development, employee satisfaction, personnel affairs, timekeeping, and employee relations.
- Prepare personnel files for new hires, submit social security entry declarations when needed, and ensure personal data is stored in compliance with KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).
- Monitor the probation period of new employees in coordination with relevant function managers/supervisors.
- Prepare monthly timekeeping reports for both permanent and subcontracted employees, submit them to the central HR department, and oversee the subcontractor summary and coordination of all factory occupational health services.
- Track the PDKS (Personnel Attendance Control System), ensure daily entry of timekeeping data, and monitor all types of leave (overtime, rest breaks, annual, excuse, maternity, bereavement, unpaid) in compliance with labor laws, providing necessary alerts and reports to factory management.
- Report workplace accidents in coordination with the occupational health and safety officer and notify official institutions within the legal timeframe.
- Maintain effective communication with law enforcement, SGK (Social Security Institution), Ministry of Labor, labor courts, and other regulatory bodies; coordinate with employee representatives and union management for union-related processes.
- Ensure the implementation of defined HR processes and projects as planned, propose and execute new initiatives. Coordinate all career movements within the factory, such as appointments and promotions, with the central HR department.
- Record all training completion reports in the system, prepare for audits, and respond to requests from the central training department in a timely manner.
- Promote a culture of recognition and reward by collecting employee suggestions, managing the evaluation committee, and executing the reward process.
- Organize employee participation meetings, share outcomes with relevant departments, and support the follow-up and resolution of action items; manage the exit process in accordance with legal and company procedures.
- Apply the DANGO procedure in all work processes in line with company ethics and support its implementation across responsible units.
