Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Incentive Specialist to coordinate and manage European-funded R&D projects, particularly in the field of advanced powertrain technologies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in securing funding, ensuring compliance, and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage EU-funded projects from proposal development through implementation and closure.
Monitor project progress to ensure milestones, deliverables, and financial requirements are met on schedule.
Identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Stay updated with relevant EU funding programs, regulations, and best practices.
Lead cross-functional teams in technical areas related to new powertrain technologies, including high-voltage components and battery systems.
Qualifications
Strong background in the design and analysis of 800V/400V electric powertrain architectures and high-voltage components.
Proven ability to participate in and lead cross-functional discussions to align on architecture and system-level decisions.
In-depth knowledge of emerging battery technologies and industry trends.
Experience coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with set milestones.
Ability to identify and assess project risks, particularly those related to timing and technical implementation, and communicate them clearly to management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and engineering skills with a commitment to technical excellence.
Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
