What you´ll do
- Manage the performance of your sales area (sales growth, profitability) within your key Metal Packaging customers under the APP EMEA (Adhesive Technologies Packaging) business unit.
- Drive account profitability and growth in alignment with Henkel’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement annual joint business plans with strategic partners, leveraging all available growth levers.
- Monitor account performance against business plans and proactively adjust strategies to meet targets.
- Lead all sales activities in collaboration with the sales team and execute marketing initiatives with the Marketing Group.
- Adapt and implement global product specifications for the local market, managing the approval process for global integration.
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites and production facilities to support the field sales team and boost sales and profitability.
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry will be preferable.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, technical application, and costumer management
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and drive to resolution
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Valid driving license
- Having no restrictions for travelling
