As Transaction Review Lead, you’ll take charge of key responsibilities that directly impact bunq’s security, compliance, and user trust.
Your key responsibilities:
Stop suspicious transactions before they cause harm.
Let real payments sail through without delay.
Lead and coach the review team for speed and accuracy.
Use data and AI to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort.
Keep users clearly informed whenever reviews affect their account.
What you’ll work on right away:
→ Lead high-stakes transaction monitoring operations.
→ Improve review flows with data-driven decisions and automation.
→ Manage sensitive cases (e.g. sanctions, suspicious activity).
→ Align closely with compliance, legal, and ops.
→ Strengthen the team’s judgment, quality, and performance.
