Responsibilities
- Patient Consultation & Sales: Assist patients in exploring treatment options and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs.
- Procedure Explanation: Communicate complex medical information in a clear and understandable way to help patients feel confident in their choices.
- Collaboration with Medical Professionals: Work closely with doctors to align on patient needs and develop the most effective treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in patient-facing sales, preferably within the medical or aesthetic field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify medical terminology.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and Turkish (additional languages are a plus).
- A sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Basic understanding of plastic surgery and hair transplantation procedures.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for patient management.
