Who are we looking for?
- We're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team as Senior Medical Advisor
- Esvita Clinic seeks candidates who can reach potential and existing leads directly by phone to encourage them to buy our company's medical solutions.
- Candidates must possess excellent communication and phone skills, patience, and a persuasive and persistent nature.

Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role in the healthcare field (preferable),
- Experience in telesales roles,
- Strong knowledge of CRM,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
- Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a commitment to teamwork,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicating with patients to understand their requirements and needs,
- Converting patients' inquiries into sales opportunities,
- Address any questions or issues patients may have,
- Enter and update patient information in the database,
- Managing cross-selling, up-selling, and patient referral opportunities where possible,
- Maintain regular dialogue with patients prior to arrival, while they are in Turkey and after they go back to their home countries.
