Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote HospitalXP Clinic.
- Enter and update patient information on CRM
- Close the deals with the patient by the best possible way
- Respond to inquiries promptly via email, phone, or online chat, providing accurate and detailed information while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey, coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and managing patient expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international sales, preferably within the dental or medical tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English or Arabic is required, additional languages (Turkish, French, German) are a plus.
