International Sales Specialist (Dental Treatment)

Work Location: İstanbul - ŞişliJoin DentSpa, a leading health tourism company in İstanbul, dedicated to providing dream smiles to patients worldwide. Since 2018, we've grown to over 200 professionals from 13+ nationalities, striving to become the largest health tourism ecosystem globally. As an International Sales Specialist, you'll help expand our reach and connect patients with top-tier dental treatments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote DentSpa Clinic's dental treatments to international patients .
• Enter and update patient information on CRM
• Close the deals with the patient by the best possible way
• Respond to inquiries promptly via email, phone, or online chat, providing accurate and detailed information while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey, coordinating treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and managing patient expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in international sales, preferably within the dental or medical tourism industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English or Arabic is required, additional languages (French, German) are a plus.
