What you’ll be doing:
- Consulting with patients: Use your communication and sales skills to introduce treatment options, explain benefits, and guide patients towards the right solutions.
- Making treatments clear: Simplify dental diagnoses from our dentists into easy-to-understand terms so patients feel confident and informed.
- Working as a team: Collaborate closely with our doctors and sales team to ensure patients receive the best care and experience from start to finish.
What makes you a great fit:
- Experience in sales or patient-facing roles (preferably in healthcare or dentistry).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical concepts clearly.
- Fluency in French and Turkish (additional languages are always an advantage).
- A friendly, empathetic personality that helps build trust with patients.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven history of meeting targets.
- Comfort with CRM systems (experience with MedicaSimple is a plus).
