Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Engagement and Sales: Communicate with patients to understand their needs and offer tailored treatment suggestions.
- Treatment Clarification: Present and explain treatment plans created by our dentists, ensuring patients are fully informed about their options.
- Team Coordination: Work alongside dental professionals to align recommendations with medical evaluations for optimal care outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or dental sector
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Fluency in Turkish and English (additional languages such as German, Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus)
- A results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Basic understanding of dental terminology (preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MedicaSimple is advantageous
