Your Role:
- Guide and consult patients through treatment options, tailoring recommendations to their needs and expectations
- Explain medical procedures clearly and confidently, ensuring patients feel informed and comfortable
- Work hand in hand with our medical staff to align treatment goals and optimize patient outcomes
- Help drive conversions through relationship-based, trust-building sales conversations
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has prior experience in sales or consultation roles, ideally in healthcare or aesthetics
- Communicates effectively and can translate complex procedures into everyday language
- Speaks English, Arabic, and Turkish fluently (additional languages are a plus)
- Is motivated by results, meets or exceeds targets, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has a general understanding of plastic surgery and hair restoration treatments
- Is familiar with CRM tools and patient journey management systems
