What we expect Overview The IT Infrastructure Services Senior Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and support of IT infrastructure within the organization. This role involves providing local user and business support, managing desktop applications, software, hardware (servers, network, desktop), and coordinating with IT service providers and vendors. The Specialist also supports various projects at local, regional, and global levels, ensuring effective customer relations management and delivering technical support as needed. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Local User Support: Provide timely and effective support as 2nd line support for desktop applications, software, and hardware issues. Incident Management as troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for local users. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users with IT-related tasks. Project Support: Assist in the execution of IT projects at local, regional, and global levels. Collaborate with project teams to ensure IT infrastructure requirements are met. Coordination with IT Service Providers and Vendors: Liaise with external IT service providers and support vendors to ensure service delivery meets organizational standards. Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT service providers. Customer Relations Management: Maintain positive relationships with internal customers. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Gather feedback from customers to improve IT services and support. Demand Management Technical Support: Provide technical support for various IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, IP PBX/IP Phone/Video Conference, and storage systems. Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of IT systems. Implement security measures to protect IT infrastructure from threats. Back Up Management for various IT infrastructure components. Local Active Directory/Hyper-V/DNS/DHCP Management Disaster Recovery Management Repair Management for various IT infrastructure components. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of IT support activities, incidents, and resolutions. Develop and update technical documentation and user guides. Inventory Management Who we are looking for Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Fluent English. Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. At least 5 years’ working experience in a multinational IT environment. At least 3 years of working experience with Service Now tool.
