As part of Human Kapital’s recruitment consultancy services, we are seeking a “Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Officer” for our client, a 100% foreign-capital company operating in the white goods manufacturing sector.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduated from relevant undergraduate programs
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions
  • Knowledgeable about Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and other legal frameworks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems and think analytically
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and is an active driver
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed or exempt
  • Good command of English
  • Experienced in managing and supervising services such as staff transportation, catering, and cleaning

Responsibilities and Duties (Human Resources)

Recruitment and Talent Management
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offer stages
  • Build and maintain a talent pool
  • Conduct data analysis to improve recruitment processes
Performance Management and Development
  • Execute and improve performance evaluation processes
  • Create and monitor employee development plans
  • Organize training programs by conducting training needs analysis
Payroll and Personnel Affairs
  • Manage payroll, personnel attendance, leave tracking, timekeeping, and personnel records in compliance with legal regulations
  • Ensure compliance with Social Security Institution (SGK), Labor Law, and other relevant legislation
  • Organize employee salary and benefits processes
Employee Satisfaction and Organizational Development
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze the results
  • Develop policies and procedures to enhance employee relations
  • Contribute to the development of organizational structure and job descriptions

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure HR processes (including Social Compliance System) comply with all relevant legal regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to internal departments and senior management.
  • Create and manage the HR budget.

Responsibilities and Duties (Administrative Affairs)

  • Monitor, audit, and maintain records of outsourced service procurement processes.
  • Oversee the order and maintenance of factory administrative offices and social areas.
  • Track security service operations, ensure regular reporting, and implement improvement initiatives related to the process.
  • Establish, update, and ensure the execution of administrative procedures.
  • Manage the operations, control, and supervision of employee transportation services; handle invoicing and reporting related to the transportation services.
  • Manage all information systems and documentation related to administrative affairs.
  • Plan and monitor personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, asset assignment processes, clothing, and entitlement procedures; oversee the identification of needs and management of requests in these areas.
  • Track and report on company vehicles’ maintenance, toll payments (HGS), fuel consumption, and related activities.
  • Monitor the subcontractors with the relevant unit within the framework of Occupational Health and Safety
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety rules within the workplace by working in coordination with relevant units.
  • Manage the maintenance and improvement of changing rooms, break areas, and common spaces within the factory; identify deficiencies and needs related to administrative affairs on-site and take necessary actions.
  • Support the organization of training sessions and events.
  • Oversee all communication, courier services, transportation, guest hosting, and telecommunication processes across the company.
