HR Director Turkey

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead all HR functions for our Turkey operations, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Work closely with regional and global teams to implement HR strategies aligned with AXA’s values and goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding talent management and organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and security standards.
• Manage and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Support company initiatives on health, safety, and employee well-being.
• Promote AXA’s values and culture, ensuring a positive, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
• Act as a key member of the local Executive Committee, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Communicate effectively across teams, ensuring transparency and engagement.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in administration, psychology, or related fields, with postgraduate HR qualifications.
• Over 15 years of experience in HR management, preferably within multinational organizations.
• Proven track record leading diverse teams and managing all core HR functions.
• Deep understanding of local labor laws, compensation policies, and HR best practices.
• Experience working in a fast-changing, matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace that reflects AXA’s values.
