Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the tracking and updating of technical data for electrical and electronic components.
- Oversee the documentation of component specifications and development steps.
- Participate in and supervise on-site integration and testing activities.
- Coordinate with system engineers, hardware developers, and software developers to resolve technical issues.
- Manage and update tasks and documentation using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Prepare and present reports on department-specific activities.
- Track and monitor development projects for serial vehicle types.
- Represent the department in internal meetings and technical committees.
- Oversee internal system and component development tracking processes.
- Provide on-site technical support as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical/electronic component development or a related area within the automotive industry.
- Experience with project management and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical and electronic systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
