What you’ll do
Collaboration and coordination between central growth teams and regional sales/ field operations to ensure sales & service targets.
Who you are
- Defining the sales strategy of inbound call center channel and planning sales actions and campaigns
- Preparing yearly balance and P&L budgets for inbound call center for outsources within VBU strategy
- Determining monthly KPI set of Sales
- Monitoring sales performance and reporting to central sales strategy teams
- Define inbound KPIs in accordance with VF budget and quarterly targets.
- Organizing region, profile group or product-based pilot and development-oriented test& learn, determining KPIs and monitoring them with the regional managers and central management teams
- Changing and improving the existing work from home processes for the improvement of sales and daily performance activities
- Providing educational training and support needed
- To monitor-control an annual budget for region/freelance based sales&service.
- Align with Customer Sales & Services strategy
- Able to manage during crises
- University graduate
- Analytical thinking
- Sees big picture as well as details
- Strong people and team communication and coordination skills
- Strong followup skills and ability to work under pressure and challenging targets
- Works effectively in changing environment
- Excellent microsof office proficiency
- Excellent presentation skills (both powerpoint preparation and presentation to management)
- Ability to analyze data and use related tools (Excel, Business Objects)
- Project management experience
- Customer focused
- Ready to working from home in everywhere in Turkey.
- Ability to take personal accountability and ownership for key decisions and initiatives
