We are looking for a Crane & Automation Executive to join our team in Kocaeli,
Your Responsibilities:
- Preferably Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineer
- An experienced engineer - At least 5 years of experience in electrical, electronics, automation and mechanical maintenance, repair and project field
- With maintenance, repair and project experience in STS, RTG and MHC cranes and attachments,
- With electrical, mechanical and hydraulic schematic reading and revision experience,
- With transformer, circuit breaker, isolator and switchgear equipment maintenance and repair experience,
- Experienced in PLC, driver, HMI and SCADA programming,
- Experienced in Codesys, STEP 7, TIA Portal,
- Experienced in Ladder, STL, ST, SFC, LD, FBD programming languages,
- Experienced in Profinet, Profibus, CAN, Ethernet/IP communication protocols,
- Experienced in predictive maintenance techniques (vibration and ultrasound analysis, thermal measurements, oil analysis and all other non-destructive tests),
- Knowledge and experience about Machinery Safety Directive 2006/42/EC,
- Knowledgeable in English to make presentations,
- Experienced in Office programs, Maximo or CMMS,
- Curious, researcher, analytical,
- Documentation and presentation skills
- Team management experience
- Skilled in English presentation,
- Experienced in continuous improvement and lean methods (such as Kaizen, 5S, A3) T-card..)
- Class B driver's license
- Good swimmer,
- Able to work at height,
Your Profile:
- Follows relevant legal regulations and takes necessary actions for compliance,
- Follows updates on company policies, procedures, principles and instructions and takes necessary actions. These procedures are not limited to engineering procedures but also include all relevant processes, policies, procedures and instructions such as health, safety, environment, finance, operations, equipment and crew related legal issues,
- Follows relevant national and international standards and takes necessary actions for compliance,
- Follows updates on targets and key performance indicators related to cranes and related equipment,
- Takes necessary actions to achieve and exceed MMBF, MTBF targets for QC, MHC, RTG cranes,
- Takes necessary actions to achieve and exceed PM compliance, availability, occupied availability etc. targets for QC, MHC, RTG cranes,
- Conducts all activities within the framework of health, safety, financial, technical and operational targets and constraints,
- To take necessary actions to exceed lost time injury frequency rate (LTIFR) and recordable accident rate frequency (RFIR) targets,
- To take necessary actions to achieve the goals of participating in mandatory training and certification programs for himself and his subordinate personnel,
- The targets and key performance indicators are not limited to the above, but to take necessary actions to achieve all targets to be determined by the company,
- To perform the duties of equipment manager, technical planning manager, mobile equipment and workshop manager, crane mechanic specialist, crane electrical and automation specialist, when necessary,
