Working with Nokia’s industry-leading portfolio of IP products, you will contribute to the design, validation, and integration of IP/MPLS and data center infrastructures. Your work will ensure these networks remain resilient, efficient, and future-ready. - Ensure efficient delivery of IP routing solutions and projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide expert consultancy during solution design and development phases.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues across complex systems to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Validate solution architecture to ensure it aligns with technical requirements and contractual compliance from the outset.
- Review and assess engineering and functional requirements against Nokia product capabilities and customer needs.
- Review, contribute to, and approve Methods of Procedure (MoPs) prior to network implementation.
- Deliver a range of support services, including remote or on-site assistance for solution deployment, configuration, testing, and operational handover.
- Support maintenance releases, software updates, and integration testing for network element rollouts.
- Learn and utilize Nokia’s Network Test Automation Framework to streamline testing of releases, solutions and applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test suites to validate IP/MPLS and data center solutions, and support with application of AI/LLMs in Nokia’s automation tools.
You have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IP/MPLS and/or data center environments
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Engineering
- Fluency in English and Turkish (written and verbal), and a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Ansible, Robot Framework, or similar
- Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation or data processing tasks, and familiarity with applications of large language models (LLMs) in networking or automation workflows
- Experience working with Linux/Unix-based systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate and manage complex stakeholder relationships
- A secondary foreign language
