Role Description
This is a contract, on-site, Desktop Support Specialist (L1) role located in Istanbul. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Printer Support
- Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
