Job Description
- Monitor central account transactions via internet banking and update the Daily Cash Flow (DCF) tables.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow statements; anticipate cash needs and support proactive financial planning.
- Oversee bank account transactions, prepare payment instructions, and ensure timely execution of banking operations.
- Generate monthly reports of income and expenses in both local and foreign currencies.
- Reconcile daily bank balances with accounting records; prepare statement reports and ensure corrections are made.
- Prepare monthly reports on loan transactions and share with the accounting department.
- Manage the full lifecycle of bank guarantees including issuance, return, and associated costs.
- Handle corporate credit card processes, automatic payment instructions, and foreign currency travel advances.
- Coordinate installation, contracts, and operational logistics for ATMs, smart safes, and in-store cash handling processes.
- Prepare strategic financial reports such as Hedge Reports and the monthly Cash Position report.
- Negotiate deposit and loan interest rates with banks and manage pricing processes.
- Provide necessary documents and information to banks for credit limit assessments.
- Ensure smooth operation of e-signature applications and related banking screens.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance or treasury, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and able to follow up tasks effectively.
- Customer and store-oriented mindset with strong business awareness.
