We are currently seeking talented and results-oriented B2B Specialists to join our Business Development Department. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of health tourism while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management:
- Build, maintain, and support relationships with existing partner companies.
- Ensure seamless collaboration to achieve shared goals.
New Business Development:
- Identify and onboard potential partner companies in target markets.
- Strategically expand Dentspa’s B2B network and explore alternative sales channels.
Performance Maximization:
- Implement strategies to ensure partner companies achieve maximum patient referrals.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
Communication Facilitation:
- Act as the primary liaison for external partners and internal stakeholders across all departments.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication at all levels.
Market Representation:
- Represent Dentspa Clinic at industry-leading trade fairs, conferences, and congresses to strengthen relationships and secure new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French (both written and verbal). Additional fluency in English, Italian, German, Arabic, Spanish, or Russian is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B partnerships, preferably within health tourism or a related field.
- Residing in Istanbul and able to commute to our office in Mecidiyeköy.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in attending and contributing to industry events.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
