Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst I to join our Merchant Configuration team. This role focuses on the timely and accurate configuration of our merchants, as well as executing changes to their existing configuration. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a customer-centric mindset, a strong team player, having work experience in an operational role in a multinational environment.
This position requires working on public holidays in Mauritius. Candidates must be available to work on a flexible time rotation, alternating between day and night shifts, with working hours covering both daytime and nighttime shifts, Mauritius time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, update, and terminate merchant accounts efficiently, ensuring all processes are followed accurately.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, contributing to team initiatives and goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our configuration products.
- Assist in navigating queries with appropriate support channels to ensure timely resolutions.
- Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Prioritize their satisfaction by addressing concerns and facilitating solutions promptly.
- Follow defined processes meticulously to ensure the accuracy of all tasks. Review work for errors and implement quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Approach all cases and tasks with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
- Work collaboratively within the Merchant Configuration team and across the organization to drive cases to resolution.
Experience / Qualifications
What we’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year work experience in an operational role in a multinational work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
Having an understanding of payment processes and lifecycle and / or experience in a configuration role within the Tech and/or e-commerce industry will be an advantage.
